People were nice, but nothing outstanding about the visit. I was a little confused when the service guy said you actually have 1000 miles on the truck. Hmm, how does that work when the odometer says 1463? Is there a hidden odometer I don't see?

The best service I ever experienced! Nov. 14th, we had a 11 AM doctor's appointment,we want to have our car oil change serve before the appointment. However, when we called, they already booked up, we were only doing "drive in". We were nervous missing doctor's appointment, hesitating to make a decision. Thanks to Jessica, she told us on the phone: "...by the time, if the car is not ready, we will give you a ride to the doctor's office, and pick you back to get your car." WOW, what a deal! Tuesday morning, we arrived 8:15 AM. Not even 10 AM, we drove a clean car with new oil, new filler, multiples points check up, 4 wheels balanced. Robber hosted us, after serve finished, he gave us a safe advice, take the extra floor mat out in driver side to prevent accidents. They are really care their customers, we surely will vote them as " The Best of Skagit".

We did not realize we had maintenance service for a year on the truck at no additional charge and she explained all that for us. Also, she set up another appointment for us next year so we wouldn't have to worry about that! While our truck was being serviced, I observed her come into the waiting area to talk with other customers about the service on their vehicles. She was patient, listening carefully to questions and answering them well. Our truck was finished in about a half hour, including washing the truck! It is this kind of service that will bring customers back time and again!

Jessica at the service check in desk explained to me what a 75,000 mile check up was, pointing out that the tires would be rotated, brakes and fluids checked. I asked that they do one more thing while the car was being serviced: deal with the clip that held the front lower right panel that I broke when I hit a curb while pulling in to a parking place. After all was done she explained in a very detailed way everything that the clip required the "fixers" to do. I was blown away. It was as though she was the one who had done the work. Thank you Jessica.

We purchased an extended service warranty, so Foothills Toyota has done all service on our 2016 Highlander. I am always surprised that although they only change the oil every 10,000 miles, they want to see you and your vehicle every 5,000 miles.

I scheduled an appointment to have the 30000 mile service done on my toyota corolla. I was informed that it would take an hour and a half to complete, but they had it done and I was back on the road in an hour. Everything that they serviced on the car was explained in detail. I will definitely be back for future service.

Took my brand new 4 Runner in to get a clear coat and roof rack done. When originally on the phone planning the appointment I was told it would be ready by 5 the next day when I got off work. I called to check the next day and they said it would be ready at noon the following day. I'm not sure if this was communication error or not. When I went to pick it up it was a quick easy process, however when getting into the car I noticed one of my back seats was moved forward and not put back. Just looked rushed. So this is the reason for only 4 stars. Not a big deal just spent alot of money there so I dont want to feel as though the job was rushed.
