A leak in my power steering pump left me powerless on Friday. You'd think Toyota could build a Land Cruiser with power steering that lasts more than 19 years and 4400,000 miles, now wouldn't you. Anyways they order the pump replacement and installed it on Monday and all is happy with my trusty car again.

The best service I ever experienced! Nov. 14th, we had a 11 AM doctor's appointment,we want to have our car oil change serve before the appointment. However, when we called, they already booked up, we were only doing "drive in". We were nervous missing doctor's appointment, hesitating to make a decision. Thanks to Jessica, she told us on the phone: "...by the time, if the car is not ready, we will give you a ride to the doctor's office, and pick you back to get your car." WOW, what a deal! Tuesday morning, we arrived 8:15 AM. Not even 10 AM, we drove a clean car with new oil, new filler, multiples points check up, 4 wheels balanced. Robber hosted us, after serve finished, he gave us a safe advice, take the extra floor mat out in driver side to prevent accidents. They are really care their customers, we surely will vote them as " The Best of Skagit".

We were received by Jessica for a routine maintenance and oil change appointment. She was efficient, informative, proactive and quick! We had bought our truck about nine months ago. We did not realize we had maintenance service for a year on the truck at no additional charge and she explained all that for us. Also, she set up another appointment for us next year so we wouldn't have to worry about that! While our truck was being serviced, I observed her come into the waiting area to talk with other customers about the service on their vehicles. She was patient, listening carefully to questions and answering them well. Our truck was finished in about a half hour, including washing the truck! I asked that they do one more thing while the car was being serviced: deal with the clip that held the front lower right panel that I broke when I hit a curb while pulling in to a parking place. After all was done she explained in a very detailed way everything that the clip required the "fixers" to do. I was blown away. It was as though she was the one who had done the work. We purchased an extended service warranty, so Foothills Toyota has done all service on our 2016 Highlander. I am always surprised that although they only change the oil every 10,000 miles, they want to see you and your vehicle every 5,000 miles.

Jolene greeted me when I walked in the door. I wasn't sure if I was even at the right place..(we had a good laugh about that.) I had a hard time starting my car that morning. I expressed my concerns to Jolene. She jumped in and gave me suggestions, offered to do a work up on it, and got the process started. The extra services were very reasonable. She also explained I should have my car serviced more frequently and why. When I came to pick up my car I was soo elated and surprised it had been washed and vacuumed out.!!! Thank You all !
