This was my first time purchasing a vehicle, having had a Toyota Avalon for 10 years that had been my dad’s car for 4 years prior. “ I initially had a frustrating experience with this dealership due to an issue with the service department that caused unnecessary stress and frustration. What I was told earlier on did not line up with what happened when I came in, and it felt like the situation wasn’t being handled properly at first. That said, I want to give credit where it’s due. I worked with Derek, and he stepped in to address the issue directly. He took the time to listen, acknowledged the wrongdoing, and made sure everything was corrected. His professionalism and willingness to take ownership of the situation completely turned the experience around. ”
“ Avoid the service department - Toyotas are common cars that can be worked on by virtually any automotive shop (like Burlington Automotive). These guys charged me $230 and took five hours to “diagnose” the problem that Les Schwab had already diagnosed for free in 15 minutes. Offered a quote for $1,600 to fix the issue, but couldn’t get it fixed for 2 days. They also casually mentioned I should get an additional $5,000+ replacement since there was some oil in the engine bay (which I told them I spilled the last time I changed my oil). Gave off a very predatory vibe. After all this, I called Burlington Automotive just down the street, they did the fix for $500 cheaper and did a great job. They were stumped on the $5,000 repair recommendation. Bummed to have to buy my next Toyota from somewhere else, because this place has completely lost my trust. Also - they sent me a text trying to buy my truck less than five minutes after dropping it off. I assume they have some automated system and do that for everyone, but it’s super tacky. The second star is from a 3-star experience for a service they did a few years ago - that went fine. Also the vintage FJ in the lobby is sweet. ”

After getting a quote, i notice it was really high and that i would be paying 10k plus more for leasing to purchase the car after the lease term. I asked why it was so high and asking where the other $400 bucks was going too for leasing and told me if you dont like it you could just financie it. That way he spoke to me was a jerk condensding statement. So i left. ”
