“ The sales people were not up to date on Cars that were in their inventory. I will concede that I did get a good price for the vehicle. There sales staff was under trained and could not give positive answers. We got everything worked out and Price set. We brought the checks that were needed the next day and took possession of the vehicle . All papers were signed and they had the checks. The next morning I get a call from Duncan the sales person that a signature was missed by them. it was 1030 in the morning and I worked nights. I said I could come in tomorrow morning as it was time for me to get ready for work. He then stated that we were driving a vehicle not fully paid for and insinuated they could call it stolen. I changed my meetings and inconvenienced other people at my work to go sign a paper that could have been signed the next morning. If you get Duncan ask for another sales person. ”
“ I see Foothills has an overall 4.5/5 stars review. Maybe that's with new car sales or service but, without getting into details, I wouldn't recommend buying a used car from them. ”

“ My experience here is less than steller. 1.) I was sold or talked into leasing a 2025 Toyota Tundra due to leasing the truck was supposed to offer better maintenance plan. Not true at all. Its a known issue with the v6 engine in these trucks fail due to the AUTO STAR STOP feature. On Toyota 's own website due to this it is recommended to change the oil every 5k vs 10k due to metal shavings being found in the oil, which will kill the engine. Number 2.) My truck was leased to me without the flood lites, why? When every other Tundra I see all have them and I now am being quoted over 3k for Toyota's short fall on this issue, which to me is a real safety issue by not having a large enough night time lite footprint. So in closing I would never recommend Foothill Toyota for Sales, Lease or Service. Oh they'll take your money, but for continued support of your purchase they flat out fail. ”
