When the transmission in our 2021 Highlander was making a strange noise I took it in to Foothills Toyota for a diagnostic check. They quickly diagnosed the issue and got the vehicle in for repair the same week. Three days later I picked up the vehicle with a new transmission, new spark plugs, and all new fluids in the gear boxes. From start to finish the service manager and other staff were extremely professional and helpful. They handled all of the paperwork, coordinated with the warranty company, and did everything that I could imagine to make the process as easy as possible for me and my wife. I highly recommend the Foothills Toyota service department. They definitely have our service for all future repairs if needed. Ask for the service manager, Jon Evans. He was amazing! He took care of us the whole time.

As a first time buyer, walking into this dealership instantly turned my nervousness into excitement. It was so refreshing to work with them, it really felt like they were there to help me purchase my car rather than attempt to try to sell me on a bad deal. I recently traded in my pickup truck at Foothills Toyota and had an exceptional experience. I worked with Kris Warner in sales, and because the dealership was four hours from my home, he handled most of the process over the phone and made sure everything was arranged before I made the drive. I specifically asked for no surprises, given the eight-hour round trip, and Kris delivered. Everything was exactly as discussed, and I was in and out of the dealership in about two hours. It was refreshing to work with someone who was honest, prepared, and respectful of my time. I would highly recommend Kris and Foothills Toyota to my family and friends. I just purchased a new Crown Signia. The entire team at Foothills Toyota made the experience awesome. Raj, our salesperson is professional and straightforward he made the whole experience fun. Everyone was fantastic with the exception of the finance guy with all the tattoos. When I turn down the extra warranties, he demanded to know why. He was pissed. I get he makes money off it but it's extremely unprofessional to attack your client. The sales people were fantastic and I have taken my previous car to be serviced there with exemplary results.

Gabe was my sales consultant, he was very helpful during the process of getting the car I wanted. He suggested some great cars to me, but felt like they weren’t a great fit for me. Gabe was very patient with me throughout the process and made sure I left the dealership feeling satisfied with the deal. I will definitely be back to get a car for my wife when the time comes. I went to look at a truck that was advertised online but had no pictures. I met with Juan. He was so nice. No pressure. The truck was just what we were looking for. We made a fair deal. The next day we came back with the truck as we discovered a few things wrong with truck. I talked to Juan and he was wonderful and understood our dilemma. He got me in touch with a manager. I had to talk to two managers but they were able to help us and fixed the 2 issues, at no cost to us. One of the issues was a pretty expensive fix. I loved that Foothills Toyota took care of us and valued our business. It was reassuring to know I mattered as a customer. Everyone I spoke with was super nice. This was my second purchase from them and I would do another purchase from them. I would highly recommend Juan and Foothills Toyota.

Want your car fixed the first time and done right! This is the place to go for your Toyota. They have been a lifesaver and the only reason my old Highlander keeps running strong. Reasonably priced, friendly staff, calm atmosphere, clean, check them out.

The primary reasons behind choosing this dealership was the honesty, integrity, and old fashion customer service we experienced with Sales and Leasing Consultant Stacey Gosslin. I thought the latter was a lost art, but Ms. Gosslin truly restored my faith that it still exists. Her personable and professional approach are textbook examples of a time when people returned to the same dealership over the course of many years to by vehicles. My first purchase was for my daughter and the second was for me. Stacey's honest and calm demeanor was remarkably refreshing like visiting an old friend. I was so happy with the whole process! I came in on a day to just drive a few cars to see what i liked, Phil was amazing never once was pushy. A few weeks later my husband and I came in to see what could be done. Phil, and Brandon were absolutely amazing.. We had a bump in the process, 2 weeks went by and Jesse called and we went forward with everything.. Kyle, Jesse, and Tyler were all so amazing and helpful! Our whole experience was nothing but amazing ! Everyone who helped made it possible thank you! I am so thankful .

Earl at the Foothills Toyota dealership is great! I had been needing a new car for a while and was interested in one they had after my car slid on some ice and got banged up. Earl was polite, timely, and kept me informed the entire time. I do feel I could have negotiated a better deal had I been willing to go back and forth a bit more, however I still feel I got a reasonable price given the current market. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle, having had a Toyota Avalon for 10 years that had been my dad’s car for 4 years prior. Earl and the Sales Manager were very helpful and I felt they offered sound advice for building credit while also coming up with a good plan to reduce the amount of interest I will end up paying over time. One courtesy touch that would have been nice is if they had filled the tank. Otherwise I have no complaints and would highly recommend this dealership and working with Earl for your next purchase.

I initially had a frustrating experience with this dealership due to an issue with the service department that caused unnecessary stress and frustration. What I was told earlier on did not line up with what happened when I came in, and it felt like the situation wasn’t being handled properly at first. That said, I want to give credit where it’s due. I worked with Derek, and he stepped in to address the issue directly. He took the time to listen, acknowledged the wrongdoing, and made sure everything was corrected. His professionalism and willingness to take ownership of the situation completely turned the experience around.

Avoid the service department - Toyotas are common cars that can be worked on by virtually any automotive shop (like Burlington Automotive). These guys charged me $230 and took five hours to “diagnose” the problem that Les Schwab had already diagnosed for free in 15 minutes. Offered a quote for $1,600 to fix the issue, but couldn’t get it fixed for 2 days. They also casually mentioned I should get an additional $5,000+ replacement since there was some oil in the engine bay (which I told them I spilled the last time I changed my oil). Gave off a very predatory vibe. After all this, I called Burlington Automotive just down the street, they did the fix for $500 cheaper and did a great job. They were stumped on the $5,000 repair recommendation. Bummed to have to buy my next Toyota from somewhere else, because this place has completely lost my trust. Also - they sent me a text trying to buy my truck less than five minutes after dropping it off. I assume they have some automated system and do that for everyone, but it’s super tacky. The second star is from a 3-star experience for a service they did a few years ago - that went fine. Also the vintage FJ in the lobby is sweet.

Stop in to get information on cost to lease the new RAV4 Plug-in Hybrid. After getting a quote, i notice it was really high and that i would be paying 10k plus more for leasing to purchase the car after the lease term. I asked why it was so high and asking where the other $400 bucks was going too for leasing and told me if you dont like it you could just financie it. That way he spoke to me was a jerk condensding statement. So i left.

Where is the inventory? Covid and supply chain shortages are yesterday's problem i used to like this place. Disappointing, nothing to see here!

Disrespectful and disappointing dealer. I opted out of all marketing emails and texts with Foothills, and several days later I get a call from Duncan McIntosh in sales who left a message saying “and I saw you’ve opted out of all emails and texts.”, before asking how he can help me buy a car. With the saturation of dealers in this area, I’d shop somewhere that respects the consumer. After all you’re doing them a favor with your money.

Weird "required" dealer add ons. Would not shop here. Look at other toyota dealers in the pnw.
